Agreement
By using the Bookspert website and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The specifics of any writing or publishing engagement are set out in a separate service agreement.
Our services
Bookspert provides book writing, design, publishing and promotion services. Deliverables, timelines, pricing and royalty arrangements are defined in the agreement for your specific project.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the input your author needs, and that the material you supply is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Bookspert or its licensors. Ownership of the book we create with you is set out in your service agreement; you retain the rights agreed there.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, Bookspert isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
